    15 year old male looking to get into bodybuilding

    I am a 15 year old male who is 6'1 tall, has a 20% body fat percentage, and weighs 195 pounds. I used to be decently fit when I played sports, but lately I have been slacking off with sports and because of that have gained a good amount of weight. Any suggestions on what videos to watch or workout/diet plans to go on?
