Well everyone still thinks it's something like CEE, but once it sticks around for awhile everyone will try and realize it's something great unlike mono and cee.

    165x8
    185x8

This is the first time since I started this stack that I haven't necessarily "felt it" at the gym. I went in to the workout with low energy, and just really didn't feel like being there. Luckily, this was just one of those days. We that said; however, I still had a pretty decent workout. Strength was still really good, along with pump and endurance.

*12 days until I'm laying on Miami beach sipping on cold adult refreshments

As I stated in yesterday's post, I wasn't really feeling it at the gym. Today, the complete opposite thank god. Came into the workout feeling how I always have with meso+nitrate. Good energy, tunnel-vision focus, and ready to throw around some weight. My goal in every workout is to increase the weight or amound of reps from my workout the previous week. This workout was a complete success, increased in weight on almost every exercise. Deadlifts are starting to get a lot stronger, and in a hurry. AWESOME workout!! Keep in mind that I'm still playing catch-up on this log, as this was last week's back workout. I'm doing my best to get it back on track. My plan is posting 2-3/day until I'm caught up. Unfortunately, I only have about 2 more servings of meso left, then on to logging another pre-workout. Sucks for that company that I just ran this stack, my expectations are set about as high as they get

it really isn't fair, after logging meso/creatine nitrate the next supp is going to pale in comparison, lol.

i have tried at least 20 different preworkouts and mesomorph is the best.

hard to get the word out with all the reps pimping their products here on this forum, but mesomorph has a huge following at AM.

    Day 24- Shoulders/Traps

    Dosing:
4 Capsules Creatine Nitrate approximately 40 minutes prior to my workout
1 scoop Mesomorph 30 minutes prior to my workout

    Seated DB Military Press:
    60x12
    70x10
    80x8
    85x6
    90x4

Alt. Arnold Press Superset w/ Side Lateral Raises:
    45x10....25x10
    45x8....25x10
    45x7....30x8
    50x6....30x7

Rear Delt Raises Superset w/ Plate Upright Rows:
    25x10....45x10
    25x10....45x10
    20x10....45x10
    20x8....45x10

    BB Shrugs Superset:
    315x15
    375x15
    405x10
    495x8
    *545x6* PR

    Behind the Back Shrugs:
    225x15
    225x15
    225x15
    225x15

This is probably one of the better shoulder workouts I've had. Lots of energy coming in to the workout, just like yesterday. My shoulder (which I hurt about a year ago) felt excellent for the first time in a while. I was able to get up to heavier weights too. This is the second PR I set on BB Shrugs during this stack, looooving it!!

Awful news, today was my last serving of Meso!! Not this workout, I have 3 more workouts to post to get back on track. I am sooo depressed haha I will definitely be placing an order here soon though. Anyways, like any other day on this stack, I had a great workout with a high number of sets. My strength has shot through the roof these past 2 weeks. I'm going to contribute it to both the stack and the fact that I changed up my workout.

Sadly, this was my last arm day with Meso. Bye bye massive pumps and vascularity. Anyways, this was the best arm workout I have had since I started this stack. I did A LOT of sets, maybe too many lol but I didn't want to stop. With the addition of the FST-7 set at the end of the workout, my arms were blown up. I actually got a few comments about it, asking what I'm on lol. Endurance and energy was still tremendous throughout the entire workout. Awesome workout!

Today's my last workout with Meso, too . Needless to say, it won't be my last jug of it. I'm hoping APS has a booth at the Arnold so I can score some STAT.

If they do have a booth, I will be expecting a text from you asking how much I want. I would even give you some cash beforehand just in case.

    Day 29- Chest

    Dosing:
4 Capsules Creatine Nitrate approximately 40 minutes prior to my workout
1 scoop Mesomorph 30 minutes prior to my workout

    Flat BB Bench Press:
    135x12
    185x10
    225x10
    245x8
    275x5
    325x2

Incline BB Bench Press Superset w/ Machine Flies:
    135x10....180x10
    185x8....180x10
    185x7....180x8
    185x7....180x8

Decline Smith Machine Bench Press Superset w/ Palm-up DB Front Raise(probably not the correct name):
    165x8....30x10
    185x8....30x10
    225x8....30x10
    245x6....30x10

As you can see, I went real heavy on flat bench today, getting up to 325lbs. I was only going for 315, but when I wasn't looking my buddy put 5 more pounds on each side, ******* lol. Absolutely huge pumps and vascularity, nothing new. Only one more workout to report on.

Thanks my man!! It has definitely been an enjoyable stack and log. Now we just need more bb.com folks to see these logs, and make this stack famous.

I am aware of this, as well as, what it can potentially result in. Thanks for the advice though, brother!

    FINAL REVIEW

Well, first things first. This is hands down the best pre-workout/creatine stack I have ever used. For me, there is nothing even close to touching it's effective. Before Mesomorph, I have tried nearly 30 different pre-workouts, so I have had my fair share of experiencing with the different ingredients and profiles. Just by looking at Mesomorph's profile it beats out all other formulas. Throughout this entire stack, I had ONE workout that was not completely explosive. With every other pre-workout I've used, it loses it's effectiveness after about two weeks. Mesomorph+Creating Nitrate stack, however, gained effectiveness which I didn't think was at all possible. The pumps and increase in vascularity were just mindblowing; as well as endurance. As for the energy, it was perfect. It was a smooth, controlled energy that last the entirety of each workout. Not like other pwo's that are completely stimmed out, and result in a huge crash. It was about week 3, like everyone told me lol, when the nitrates began to really kick in. Once I hit that stage, my strength started drastically increasing each week, which can be seen in my week to week log. At the completion of Mesomorph, I put on a total of 4 solid pounds. I would highly HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone!! It is without a doubt the best stack on the market, with proveable results, hence my log. I will be, very soon, purchasing another container of each of these products. Hopefully APS will be at the Arnold NCangey you will be buying me a few, as I will be in Miami lol. Once again, a special thanks goes out to APS Nutrition for providing me the opportunity to run a log on their products Mesomorph+Creatine Nitrate. I hope that my log has shown adequate results for possible future buyers.

    Nice review!

I think everyone in this thread knows this is the best pre-workout stack to date. Meso and creatine nitrate will be a real hard one to beat.
