Alright guys, I started lifting about 3 1/2 years ago as a senior in high school. When I began I was around 130lbs and 6’2” tall aka a beam. I fell in love with lifting from that point, and have been consistent with it since and have thus put on 70lbs. However, I’m still looking to gain 20 more, somewhere in between 215-220. Considering I am bulking, and the difficulties I have with gaining weight, I eat basically whatever I want. Some may consider it “dirty bodybuilding.” Until I get to my goal, this is the technique I will be using.

I will attempt to post progress pictures; however, I only have my phone camera which I don’t really know how to use, and a webcam. But I’ll give it an attempt.
**A special thanks goes out to APS Nutrition for providing me the opportunity to be a tester for Mesomorph and Creatine Nitrate. This log will be completely unbiased and will hopefully provide helpful information for future buyers**
these are the best non hormonal products i have ever tried-if you hit it hard you will see fantastic results.
i would say good luck-but no luck is needed with these products, they flat out work.
This is a very underrated and unrecognized company, who may possibly produce the most dominant pre-workout in the market (profile-wise). I expect it to soon blow up the pre-workout industry. I'm excited to start this stack on Monday.

over at AM- APS has taken over. tons of logs on aps products being logged-the reviews are fantastic.
it seems that with the army's of reps the other companies have here at bb.com that APS has flown under the radar.
Just a heads up that my workout schedule will change, meaning I don't have a set in stone one I follow week after week. Like ncangey, who I HATE to admit it, has taught me quite a bit about lifting and supplements, but my workout protocol is like his. I will do whatever I feel like doing that day. If I feel like going heavy, I'll go heavy. If I feel like going high reps and get a sick pump, then I'll go high reps.
Taste
Taste is a little above average, about a 6. Not the best I've had, but its still smooth going down.
Mixing
Mixed it with 10 oz. of water. Absolutely no problems with mixing.
Pump
Typically my Monday workouts are not my best day, due to weekend festivities. Taking this into consideration, my pumps today were awesome! Can't wait to see what the next days workouts bring.
Strength
Strength was pretty good today, especially for the amount of sets I did. My diet was not up to par today. I had a long day on campus, which I wasn't planning on, and wasn't able to eat as much as I normally would. I contribute this for why my strength was only "pretty good" today. This will not be happening again. I'll be better prepared and pack myself a lunch.
Endurance
GREAT endurace throughout my workout. Couldn't ask anything more.
Energy levels
[color=red]Mesomorph is handsdown the best preworkout I have taken as far as energy. Its the perfect amount, and is not bit stimmed out like others. Its more a smooth and casual energy that last the entire workout, with absolutely no crash afterwards.
Overall size
I won't be commenting on this until I actually see overall change in size or increase in weight.
that's pretty close to my 1st impression when i 1st tried it. damn if it doesn't keep getting better. mesomorph has become my favorite pre-workout, and i will never use any other creatine than nitrate.
Pump
One of the best pumps I have had on a back day. Lats were huge, and vascularity was awesome! This is THE powerhouse supplement for pumps, as well as most other categories.
Strength
Well, as you can see I set a *PR* on Seated Rows today. I've never went above 16 plates before, and today I got 19 for 6 reps. The plates only go to 20 And also taking into consideration that this was my last exercise, after a pretty intense workout.
Endurance
GREAT endurace throughout my entire workout. Was able to set a *PR* on my last set of the workout. I think that speaks for itself for endurance.
Energy levels
Once again, the best energy boosts I have ever had from a pre-workout. For future posts, unless energy looses its effect which I highly doubt will happen, I won't be commenting on this category.

LOL yea I guess you could put it that way. Its hard to give all the credit to this stack already, but I don't see what else it could be. The **** works wonders.

I chose to do legs a day early since I don't have classes on Wednesdays. I got extremely bored, so I decided to switch the schedule up a little to work around that day.

Pump
I had a killer arm workout! This was the best pump I have EVER had on an arm day, with roadmap vasculation. I actually had two guys come up and ask me what I'm taking. I simply said Mesomorph + Creatine Nitrate
Strength
I didn't really go with anything heavy this workout, but rather concentrated on form and reps. However, with that said I did feel extremely strong.
Endurance
Well, as you can see I completely demolished my arms. Even after all those sets I didn't want to leave. Awesome endurance and absolutely no fatigue. Loving this stack!
