Protein is protein bro, the cheaper the worst its going to be in terms of taste and or mixing ability. But in terms of what your taking it for, its just as good as any other protein. Just because you buy it at walmart or anyother store with low prices doesnt make it inferior. If your so worried about your protein sources, eat whole foods... guaranted to be better for you.

Go to supplementreviews.com and look for it.
I used to use it when i started. I got good gains from it i guess, maybe it was cuz i was just starting to work out so i got bigger gains.
The amount seems good but ive read the ON (Optimum Nutrition) Protein guide and it says the lower the Protein is on the Nutrition Facts list, the lower percentage of actual Protein there is, and i checked and this is pretty far down.
Also the taste is bad, i didnt like chocolate too much but i got used to it. I decided to try strawberry but it was awful, but i had to keep drinking it. After a while i found out about ON Whey and saw it was the best on this site and cheap too so i started using that and other ON products. And the taste is great! even strawberry
But good luck with using it for a while while your situation gets better

Op it's not that bad. Actually the best tasting protein that I've ever had was bodyfortress choco/pb. If it's the best deal that you can find then go for it. You can get it at walmart and that eliminates shipping costs and waiting for it. Check out Sams and Costco. You can get 5lbs of EAS for under $30 at Sams or 6lbs of Cytosport at Costco for under $30 as well.

Improve my total every time I step on the platform.

So high price=high production quality? Wrong on both counts.
My friend loves the walmart protein, and I dont blame him. Hell, Xtend is around 55 cents per serving, as per BB.com store price. Myofusion is around 65 cents a serving. That **** is expensive, and this is without the price of shipping factored in. The body fortress protein is around 48 cents per serving.
I dont blame you OP.

Come on...You don't really believe this do you? Soy, Casein, and Whey are definitely not the same. Whey alone is broken down into concentrates, isolates, and hydrolyzed proteins...and that's just protein iteself. Now think about what theyre using as fillers and sweeteners. Aspartame? no thanks.

I tried, was ok, but it does have too much creatine in it....label does not list amount, but icalled customer service and it has 3-6 g per scoop depending on the lot code, cause they were in process ofswitching formulas.......too much creatine, cause if i remember its 2 scoops serving and i was using twice a day, that was 12-24 g a day. I think that is what caused some of the bloating i had from it

I started out with Body Fortress as a poor man's stack. The chocolate isn't bad but the vanilla made me gag and I ended up throwing the whole tub away.
If that is all you can afford it will work but if you can out together a few more dollars Myofusion is a much better option with plenty of tasty flavors.
