is SS good to do if i am cutting weight? i need a well known routine for people who are cutting weight.
I am
5 foot 9
185 lbs
21% BF
im on a 1800-1900 cal diet with my macros on point.
Bench Max- 170 lbs
Military Press: 95 lbs
Squat- 185 lbs
DeadLift- 205 lbs
help me figure out if i should do SS or another good routine.

Cutting is mostly about diet. If you are putting out more than you are taking in, you are gonna be cutting. Get too extreme about this, you will be loosing muscle as well as fat. What is your daily protein intake as this plays a major roll in preserving the good stuff ya got and maybe being able to gain some strength while you are at it.
It's not about how much iron you push, it's about how hard you push yourself! To rise above the mundane trappings of where I presently am to that mythical place that I aspire to be at. To break through old barriers and rise to new heights, that is my goal.

Starting strength is a great program for any beginning lifter period, lays down a really solid foundation.
