is SS good to do if i am cutting weight? i need a well known routine for people who are cutting weight.
I am
5 foot 9
185 lbs
21% BF
im on a 1800-1900 cal diet with my macros on point.
Bench Max- 170 lbs
Military Press: 95 lbs
Squat- 185 lbs
DeadLift- 205 lbs
help me figure out if i should do SS or another good routine.
