I get a good amount of sleep, I haven't got a physically hard job ( at a desk for 6 hours, out on the road for about 3 )
I'm eating decent and I jog 3 times a week... yet I'm ALWAYS tired.
I've been for blood tests and the doctors tell me my blood is fine.
yet when I'm at work and I'm slightly bored I literally can't keep my eyes open.
Similar to when you've been awake for 18 hours, your eyes just close even though you don't wana sleep just yet.
Is there anything at all I can buy to give me a (huge) boost?
I'm in the gym and I'm feeling so sluggish. I'd start real pumped with my music going... about half way into my routine I just wana sit on the floor, with my back against a wall, lower my head and close my eyes so I can have a 1 minute (mini) sleep...
It's so odd.

What times do you go to bed? Are you eating several small meals per day to boost your metabolism?
I'm a 24 yr old female and that was happening to me ALL the time. I'd be at the gym yawning while I was doing curls and was SO bored and sleepy, lol. Perhaps your iron intake is low? I bought a good iron supplement and it helps me a lot. Also, a cup of coffee before a workout worked wonders.
Also, I bought a good probiotic to take after my meals to aid in proper digestion...perhaps you are feeling sluggish b/c your food is just taking awhile to digest. They say lots of fatigue and sleepiness can come from toxins that build up in your intestines b/c of improperly digested food...a good probiotic/more good bacteria should help you digest food more efficiently and move it on through. It helped me feel healthier and took away my little pooch, lol. Are you drinking enough water??
If holistic remedies don't help or you STILL need an extra boost, try a pre-workout supp...but be careful b/c a lot of them have tons of caffeine in them, which you said you are sensitive to. I take RoxyLeanECA for a week or two on my workout and running days, then I go off it for a week. It works wonders for me!

with BLAST, you get nice concentrated energy and focus as well as endurance for your workouts.
plus with BLAST if you act now, you will recieve a free tshirt! Here to help!

Blast is an awesome formula that flat out works!
I'm not going to get in a debate with the products, but I urge you to look at the ingredient profiles and compare.
I will post Blast profile and expand upon it some.
Sodium 30mg
Potassium 350mg
Vitamin C 350mg
Niacin 40mg
Vitamin B6 5mg
Vitamin B12 1500mcg (Methycobalamin...not the cheap version)
Vitamin B5 8mcg
Magnesium 75mg
Zinc 7mg
Poseidon Complex 4366mg
Blast KE Release Matrix 1280mg
Poseidon Complex
Ascorbic Acid , Folic Acid, Glutamine, Inositol, Magnesium Carbonate, Magnesium Sulfate, Methylcobalamin, Niacin (B-3), Calcium Pantothenate, Potassium Bicarbonate, Potassium Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Pyridoxine HCL, Sodium Bicarbonate, Taurine, TMG
Blast KE Release Matrix
Caffeine, Glucuronolactone, Tyrosine, Theobromine, Phenethylamine, White Willow Bark, Yerba Mate
Blast combines the hydrating and mental acuity properties of Poseidon Complex, with the safe yet stimulating ingredients such as Caffeine, Tyrosine, Glucuoronalactone, Yerba Mate, White Willow Bark, Phenylethylamine (PEA) and Theobromine. This is in addition to the fact that Blast contains over 4300 mgs of Poseidon Complex, to ensure proper hydration with your Energy Release.
Poseidon Complex: Proper hydration, of every cell, is imperative to performance of any kind. Armed with that knowledge, we asked ourselves, "What if we could create the perfect blend of electrolytes and attach them to other key, strategic and proven effective ingredients...all in effective doses...all that play a role in how we perform everyday?" We speculated that by doing this, not only would each ingredient work synergistically with the other, but the attachment of electrolytes would actually increase the effectiveness of them all. We are no longer speculating. After more than a year of testing, reformulating and testing some more, we are very proud to present a product that truly out performed our wildest expectations. Without further ado, I give you...Poseidon.

If your fatigued all the time that is a sign of an underlying condition...and adding coffee and stimulants wouldn't be a good ideal for you at this point and can only lead to more problems in the near future.
What do you consider a good amount of sleep? Make sure you sleep 8-9 hours and perhaps take a nap during that day at some point, 20 minutes max. Maybe you need to eat a little more and improve the breakfast.
Any supplements that I would suggest would be general tonic supplements. Look to see if your health food store has E3 Live, Klamath Lake Blue Green Algae, the frozen liquid kind not the pills. This stuff is truly amazing. Also, try a quality Ginseng product and perhaps start drinking Jiaogulan tea 3-4 times a day for starters.Last edited by KimJong-il; 01-21-2011 at 09:34 AM.

it seems like you might be suffering from foodcoma (eating too much at once, or in a lightly spread apart fashion). Just try not to ingest a lot of carb, specially, at once and keep your foods spaced out. That should help, if not id say go threw a detox, youll feel like a new man. and for when you need it, pop some caffeine pills. you can get 100, 200mg caffeine tabs for like 3 bucks
