No crossing over between novice and open classes at most INBF events, including this one.
ok cool. np. so what are the cards awarded for? have they decided the weight classes and the weights for them yet?

The weight classes have always been set for a while-each class wins a pro card as long as there are 5 in the weight class:
less than 150-bantamweight
over 150-165-lightweight
over 165-176-middleweight
over 176-190-lt heavyweight
over 190-heavyweight

Nice! You too. You look awesome, man! What weight are you planning on going for the Hercules? Are you doing Binghamton again this year also?
Thanks! Grats on the feature in the (i think january) Natty bb ma. Youre looking great yourself and I think I asked Jaime if you were doing any shows.. could be mistaken.
I'll be a bantam again seeing as i'm a short phucker, so sub 148.
I am doing the NSSN in Buffalo March 19th and returning to Binghamton since its my hometown haha. (That was the first and only show ive ever done, so its very nostalgic!)

What about you??
I can't believe you are a bantam weight..your legs look like they belong to a heavy weight, sick! Damn, so you are going to stay in shape from now until June, huh? That is crazy.
Thanks. The magazine thing was pretty cool. Hoping to be in there again this year (*hint hint*, Rich haha). As of right now I am definitely doing the Hercules and possibly the INBF CT (same 2 as last year). I may even do one in Boston the week before CT, but it just depends on whether or not I can afford to take off from work and how fat my ass is at that stage.
Good luck in a couple weeks, man. Just hold onto where you're at now and I'm sure you will tear it up.

You'd be surprised how tiny I am in clothes. Small joints and being a midget helps with the legs being big illusion LOL. Yeah, hopefully we will be eating into the June show since I am relatively lean as is. (I'm about as lean as 2009's show but 10lbs heavier)
Yeah it was really cool! Phucking NUTS how young you are too. Rich Lauro eh? Nice nice guy, same with Matt Stolz if you're familiar with him.
Do you have any pics of last years? I remember seeing a few from my buds (phil cohen) show in NYC and you looked good!
Good luck to you as well! Get a damn log up and start posting more!

That is just part of the game..I've been dieting for a total of 6 days and I already feel small in my cloths haha. An extra 10 lbs is sick on your frame, that is awesome!
Ha I was actually referring to Rich Fitter, hoping that he wants me back for a follow up after this season with the magazine.
Yeah, Phil looked great and I am honestly surprised that he placed below me. I didn't see any pictures, but I have the DVD and I think that we easily could have and probably should have switched placings, but that comes with the sport.
Here are a couple Photos from INBF CT which was a week before Hercules last year. 1 day before I turned 19..

Ah Mr Fitter! Another nice guy
Damn did you look good! Your legs/back/arms came WAAAY up since 2009.

Hey Ryan thanks for the kind words! It was a good battle for sure. I looked at the score card afterwards and it was as close as humanly possible between us! But you edged me out and deserve the win. Congrats on everything so far, looking forward to see you take the stage this year. I won't be there to do battle, but I'm sure we'll meet on stage again!

You got it. I didn't see the score cards, but I knew it must have been close. Can't wait to see what happens next time...
Good luck with you off-season! (eat some pizza or something for me..)
