OK, First thanks to RippedINMichigan for letting me log this stack.
First My Stats
Age: 31
Height: 69.5in
Weight: 206.5lbs
Bodyfat: 21.3 (this is measured on an OMRON handheld scanner on "normal" and "male" settings. I know you can do some crazy average of the male and female settings, but this is just for tracking purposes improvement is improvement)
I'm just coming off an H-drol / Stanodrol stack that I used as a Dirty bulk. I pretty much ate whetever I wanted, whenever I wanted, and worked out like a maniac. I put on about 20lbs and gained a lot of strength.
This log last about 6 weeks and will basically log my PCT. I will only log my workouts, my diet, and give a mini review of each product based against what Anabolic Addiction states the products help with.
My Training Split
Monday: Back and Lats
Tuesday: Chest and Shoulders
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: Biceps and DB Flies
Friday: No Triceps shoulders and triceps isolation
Please note this is my last week of the above split, I will transition into a different split that I will out line next week.
Goals for this stack/log:
1) Keep the strength gains from my H-drol run.
2) Do a little bit of a Recomp, maybe drop a couple of lbs of fat, but I want to stay above 200lbs.
3) Keep my diet in check through the holidays(one of the big reasons I wanted to do this stack right now).
PICS ARE HERE
Taken cold, I literally rolled out of bed and had my wife snap some pics.
The pics say two things
1. I'm Fat
2. I am a poor poser when I haven't had any coffee!

Overall impressions of AA's products
Impac: I like taking pills instead of mixing shakes, just seems more convenient to me. I took the recommended 6 caps almost exactly 30 minutes prior to working out, and that probably wasn't enought time. I didn't feel anything until I started doing my Deadlifts, and then I just got this RUSH of energy, I knocked out the rest of the workout really fast, and all of the weights felt really light.
I took the Rehab about 20 min post workout. Considering that I went up wieght on a coulpe of lifts my back doesn't feel too terribly bad.
Overall: I wouldn't say I had an "all day pump", but my back and lat muscles felt "full" and hard all day.I squat barefoot.

Day Two!
Chest and Shoulders:
Incline Bench Press:
135 x15
185 x6
190 x6
175 x8
Flat Bench Press:
155 x12
205 x6
205 x6
185 x8
Seated Military press:
95 x15
135 x6
135 x5 (tried for 6 almost got it)
115 x8
Incline Dumb Bell Press(weight is each DB)
70 x5
85 x5
85 x5
80 x5
80 x5
Body Weight dips
10 reps 3 sets
Cardio:
25 minutes on Step Mill, Fat Brun program level 11 (383 claories)
Impac: I had good energy today and pretty much all the lifts felt easy until I hit the military press, although only that second set of 6 gave me any trouble the rest pretty much flew up(I wish I was doing this routine one more week, I'd push it farther). Once again, no insane pump while lifting, but I still feel "full" especially across the shoulders and tris a couple of hours atfer my workout. I pushed the pace pretty good today and didn't feel winded, so Impac gets a thumbs up so far. Only possible side I feel is occasionally I got a sharp pain behind my eye after a set, that's never happened to me.
Rehab: Holy crap, AA, just put this stuff in capsules, for real. No flavor, and doesn't mix for s#!t. I put it in a small little cup my kid drinks out of and just knd of "shot" it with a couple of ounces of water...twice, not fun.I squat barefoot.

130 x8
Single leg cable kickback
110 x15
130 x12
150 x10
170 x8 (nearly had the machine maxed out here!)
Impac: All I can say is wow, I powered through this workout like crazy. I'm begining to think of Impac as an "excercise activated supplement" because once you get moving it is ON! By the time I finished the lunges I knew I was having a good workout. Also I forgot my intra drink at the house 'cause I was messin' around with the kids. I was a little flustered about it right when I got to the gym, but just said suck it up and drink water from the fountain. The only side I'm having and I'm not 100% sure it has anything to do with the Impac is the headache/sharp pains behind my eyes. I had it between the Squates and Lunges and then it just went away.
Rehab: Jury is still out on this one. I know it is a "no holds barred "no frills" PWO supp, but damn I hate taken it. Pluss I have pretty massive DOMS from Monday still... oh well.Last edited by ohsigmachi; 11-17-2010 at 06:40 PM.

Give the Rehab a little time to really take affect, it will work. Make sure your getting your full dose post workout too. The best way to take Rehab I've fond is with some orange gatorade or some kind of sports drink. It's not that bad to me, just a little sweet and maybe tart. Lmk how you take it next.
Thanks for getting this up also, and nice way to start it out!!**All American EFX | EFX Sports | Head Rep**

My Legs = TOAST
Rehab = Izdoinitwrong
I'm taking 2 tablespoons after each workout. I know it needs to build up in my system a bit, is it more effective if it's taken with something containing sugar? I tried to mix one tbsp with some juice my kids had in the fridge and it was fail. I'm not a fan of gatorade type stuff, too much sugar, so I'll look into some sugarfree drink mixes.I squat barefoot.

15 minutes of LISS on the treadmill 193 Kcal burned.
Impac=good
Rehab: OK so I got some storebrand instant lemonade in the little single serving packets, mixed one packet with 2 tbsp of Rehab and 16oz ice cold water in a blender bottle, shook it vigorously, and then put it back in the fridge for a couple of minutes. This tastes pretty good, the only drawback is the drink packs have aspartame...crap. On a performance related note, I have even more massive DOMS, my legs hurt worse today than they did yesterday.Last edited by ohsigmachi; 11-19-2010 at 12:57 PM.

Logs looking good bro. The tingles are from the Beta Alanine, man I love that stuff. I dose a little extra with mine, get a nice warm flush tingly feeling. As for the Rehab, try taking in an extra half to full dose pre bed. I think for me leg days are about the only days I feel any doms, BUT they are heavily reduced compared to what they normally are.

I thought about this, I also thought about dosing it on off days, but since I wanted it to be a true stack I'm currently only taking it on training days alongside Impac. I have thirty servings of each so if I run extra Rehab I'll run out before the Impac is done. I have some NOW Foods Creatine I may take on off days. I currently take GABA and Melatonin at night.

Today:
No morning workout...SNOW SUUUUUCKS.
After noon workout:
Flat Bench Press
135 x10
185 x5
205 x5
225 x5
235 x5
225 x5
Bent over BB Row
155 x10
185 x5
195 x5
185 x5
185 x5
185 x5
135 x10
Notes:
Good workout, pretty fast pace; the whole thing took less than 45 minutes and that's with two bathroom breaks and waiting 2-5 minutes for a space to do the rows. Good energy, and got a crazy pump on my back, but not my chest so much. This was more of a fact finding workout, since I haven't done a lot of BB bench press the last few weeks. Last week and this week were my first forays back into BB chest work since I've been nursing a slight shoulder strain. I've been doing a lot of DB chest/shoulder work. I can flat press 100's pretty easy for 6-8 reps, but didn't know how that would translate back into the Bar bell. Everything felt good though, and that set of 235 went up pretty easy; I'll definitely start at a higher weight next week.I squat barefoot.

OK, so the epic snow that pretty much crippled the SEA/TAC area (and crunched up my daily driver), joined forces with Thanksgiving day weekend to EEEEEFFFFFF! me up...BUT

185 x5
205 x4
185 x5
185 x5
185 x5
The after noon workout felt GREAT! and I straight up killed the morning workout with my platoon, all my guys were like FFFFFUUUUUU, but I told'em to shut dat mouth and push.
Had a spotter today for my afternoon workout, and if you compare this workout to last time I did it I definitely "made progress".
Something in Impac just gets me so focused, it's like I can see the next three reps just "happen" in my mind and my body just obeys, it's wierd never really visualized like that in the gym...I like it!
Dosed the rehab right after workout and had a protein bar about 45 minutes after that. I hope the DOMS are manageable, I'm gonna take one tbsp tonight before bed.I squat barefoot.

OK, pushing it again today...maybe a bit too much, I'll get to that in a minute.
Morning Fasted:
3 miles open road, rolling hills, 24 minutes
Afternoon,
So my lunch workout time got a little compressed and I had to take my impac about 15-20min after eating, but 45minutes before working out.
Squats:
135 x12
225 x5
275 x5
295 x5 (PR)
275 x5
245 x5
Straight Leg dead lift
243 x5
287 x5
309 x5
334 x5 (PR)
287 x5
Very intense workout, and I might have over reached a bit. I popped some capilaries in my eyes and hands during the deadlift, but while I was working out I felt pretty unstoppable.
DOMS in my back from yesterday are non existant. My chest has some slight DOMS, but manageable, hopefullt the night time half dose of Rehab will help out.Last edited by ohsigmachi; 11-30-2010 at 06:41 PM.

OK, so work has been getting the better of me the last few days. Wednesday we didn't have morning workout because of an early ceremony and the afternoon workout got pushed aside by some other work ish. I took the impac around 1 o'clock on wed and then proceeded to fly around the office like a banshee for the next two hours. I took the rehab before bed. DOMS have definitely been manageable or non existant while taking the rehab before bed.
I squat barefoot.
