Does anyone have a list of products containing the legal amount of no more than 10mg of Ephedra or Ephedrine HCL. I am not looking for the respetory medications, but just straight Ephedra or Ephedrine HCL


These are the ones I have found so far, I am compiling a list, so I can look on the shelves of some Vit stores going out of buisness in my area.

SUMMARY: The Food and Drug Administration (FDA, we, our) is issuing a
final regulation declaring dietary supplements containing ephedrine
alkaloids adulterated under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act
(the act) because they present an unreasonable risk of illness or
injury under the conditions of use recommended or suggested in
labeling, or if no conditions of use are suggested or recommended in
labeling, under ordinary conditions of use. We are taking this action
based upon the well-known pharmacology of ephedrine alkaloids, the
peer-reviewed scientific literature on the effects of ephedrine
alkaloids, and the adverse events reported to have occurred in
individuals following consumption of dietary supplements containing
ephedrine alkaloids.

DATES: This rule is effective on April 12, 2004.

The House passed the Combat Methamphetamine Epidemic Act of 2005 as an amendment to the renewal of the USA PATRIOT Act. Signed into law by president George W. Bush on March 6, 2006, the act amended the US Code (21 USC 830) concerning the sale of ephedrine-containing products. The federal statute included the following requirements for merchants who sell these products:

• A retrievable record of all purchases identifying the name and address of each party to be kept for two years
• Required verification of proof of identity of all purchasers
• Required protection and disclosure methods in the collection of personal information
• Reports to the Attorney General of any suspicious payments or disappearances of the regulated products
• Non-liquid dose form of regulated product may only be sold in unit dose blister packs
• Regulated products are to be sold behind the counter or in a locked cabinet in such a way as to restrict access
• Daily sales of regulated products not to exceed 3.6 grams without regard to the number of transactions
• Monthly sales not to exceed 9 grams of pseudoephedrine base in regulated products
• The law gives similar regulations to mail-order purchases, except the monthly sales limit is only 7.5 grams.

As a pure herb or tea, m� hu�ng, containing ephedrine, is still sold legally in the USA. The law restricts/prohibits its being sold as a dietary supplement(pill) or as an ingredient/additive to other products, like diet pills.

Well, you inevitably end up with other compounds with different effects (e.g. the three other ephedrine stereoisomers). The pharmaceutical ephedrine is only (according to Martindale) (1R,2S)-(-)-ephedrine, which is primarily responsible for the fat loss effects.

Ephedra very easy to obtain in its raw form and perfectly legal as a tea, but dosing it I have no idea.

Both pseudoephedrine and ephedrine HCL are beta adrenoceptor agonists, but ephedrine hcl will work a lot better for weight loss, because it will increase your internal body temp a lot more. I included pseudoephedrine, because the majority of the sites or places that carry this item will also carry ephedrine hcl, the sale of both are governed by the same restrictions.

I would like to see what is out there and price difference; I am not one that is big on buying weight loss supplements considering that 99% of fat loss is diet alone.

The last 6 weeks of my cut i will be running pstanz/11sterone with a ECY, but this is not until I drop down under 15% BF or the calories get real low, whichever comes first. When I add the ECY it will allow me to increase my cals to prevent muscle loss and may even allow for some slight gains or raw fat loss without any muscle loss. I have put a lot of time and hard work into adding some mass to my frame this year and naturally with just the basic supplements.
I do not plan to lose anything when I cut this time.

show drivers license... pay $15 for 60 tablets of 25mg ephedrine sulfate (which is just under 20mg of pure epherda)

Does Lipodrene (by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals) not have ephedrine alkaloids in it even though it contains ephedra and is currently sold in the US?

I've been using Synergenex for over a year. Get it from Canada. Takes a month to get to me though.. LOL Seems to be fine.

2 year bump.
Ive taken ephedrine from gorilla jack last year, and it felt strong, i lost weight at a steady rate. Now, i didnt want to wait for shipping so i went to cvs and bought Bronkaid. Ive lost like 2 lbs in 2.5 weeks. Not bad. I do sweat when im working out hard. But its not as strong as the gorilla jack stuff for sure. Im thinking of trying Primatene from walgreesns. Thoughts?
