Hey I have a few questions about meal preparation. I want to be able to prepare some meals so I can take it to school and eat it for lunch over there instead of buying **** from the canteen. For example, I want to have chicken, rice and vegetables prepared, help me with these questions?
1) If i prepare my food on a sunday arvo (depending on how many servings I make) how long can these last in the freezer
2) Once cooked, can I reheat my food in the morning (chicken and rice only; i might as well chuck the vegetables in the microwave then instead of making them before)
3) How long can these sit in my bag for without going off in a sealed tupperware container
4) What are some high carb/high protein meals/lunches I can pack for school
All links are appreciated, thanks heaps
