has anyone tried those HOT dortitos, the add says they are better with a lime pepsi max so it must be true.
But i cant find lime pepsi max.

Ill give my 2 cents anyway. The hot doritos were really good when I had them, not so great calorie wise(all doritos are pretty bad) so I have stuck to popcorn. Lime pepsi max I did not enjoy. It tasted flat, all the time. Cant comment on whether you can still get it.

Just made chocolate iced coffee with that almond milk. So good and the macros are pretty wicked too. 100ml contains 9.1k/cal; 0.6g protein; 0.7g fat; 1.0g carbs.
I did
500ml almond milk
500 ml water
5g splenda
15g cocoa
5tsp coffee

Delicious.

Depends what you're looking for,

Greek:
No fat: Black swan is the only one i found.
Low fat: jelna is pretty good when it comes to texture.

natural: Tamar Valley Dairy
Sweet natural: Nestle soleil

.. BTW: low fat pantalica ricotta from Woolworth deli is the best: 12pro/3.6fat/3.4cho per 100 grams... 8$ something per kg

cheers! cant seem to find the black swan greek yoghurt at my local coles though, might have to venture out a bit further.

never really tried ricotta will have to give it a go, macros seem similar to that of cottage cheese.

I don't eat cottage cheese or ricotta by themselves, be creative, i usually cook with it (pasta or quiche) or add pb2/sf maple syrup with some sweeteners ..

i actually dont mind it by itself but usually have cottage cheese with diced fruit and nuts through it or on bread with tomato,cucumber and avocado. Makes a great breakfast - quick and easy.

anyone know a good place to buy bulk chicken? sick of paying $10 a kilo. id prefer if it was skinless as i hate peeling and chopping it all off. Im in brisbane, so if anyone knows of a place to look at whether online or local etc thatd be sweet

Best bet would be to speak with your local butcher or someone who sells wholesale, I assume if you buy enough or you become a regular face they could help you out.

i normally just go woolies to get my chicken and i don't really have any small local butchers near me that id be able to be recognised by them anyway. any wholesale places u may know off?

^^ The Low fat 1kg packs are only available down south. They don't ship them to NSW (contacted the company a while back to seek then out).
