Depends what you want to do, I buy a Dozen eggs and use the yolks for stuff like custard and rice pudding.
Plus like you said, way easier.

Yep, I too did the comparisons and egg cartons worked out to be cheaper plus I found the frozen egg whites seemed more watery compared to regular cracked whites.

definately. More egg whites than you can poke a stick at. You can get this for what, $6. Dozen eggs is like 3-6 bucks and you get bugger all egg whites, just sucks if you want the yokes.

and brown rice taste like sh!t, basmati's the only rice I ever eat.... or that yellow fragrancy rice that indian places use, can't remember what it's called...

@ ryan - sorry to hear you couldn't find them, they were in the 'small cereals' section of my Woolies (AKA with all the random half cereal/half not cereal stuff - small cereal boxes, up n go, muesli cakes etc)

Nah best way to eat clean is to only eat fats which come from food which have short names. So eggs are good but canola oil is bad..

do what i do, have certain macro numbers to reach everyday, and if you go over your limit then scrunch your hand into a fist and deck the side of your head as hard as you can, thats what i do.

i'm following that cheese cake recipe thread I was curious to see if we actually have it here in Australia.
I used the 5% fat not that make difference alwayz is well always being alwayz.

No fat free philly cheese unfortunately. That 5% stuff is the best I could find.

I just made Protein Chocolate & Berry Self saucing pudding.

I used a packet of diet jelly crystals in it, they were blueberry vanilla Jelly Lite. It was a bit light on the chocolate however next time I'm going to put in more cocoa. The jelly crystals (which don't contain sugar) are sweet enough to allow for a decent hit of cocoa.

I think these would also be really good in my current protein pancakes, which I thought were really good but this could take them to the next level.
