Guest lecturer came to nutrition today. She preached to my class how Applebee's 7 and 9oz house sirloins are NOT healthy. Neither is cheese or ranch dressing or even bacon.
Would have walked out if this lecture wasn't on the final exam.
Brb never eating more then 3oz steak again.

Just a tad frustrating that this lady is teaching 100's of kids this daily..

You're going to find that you'll occasionally be dealing with dumbasses for the rest of your life. And just because they have a title or some letters after their name doesn't exempt them from the possibility of being in that group.
Sometimes we have to just choose our battles, smile and nod, and get a passing grade.
Props to you for realizing the lecturer isn't up to speed on current research.No brain, no gain.

Basically that person got taught outdated stuff, she didn't take it upon herself to update her knowledge and now she is preaching bs.
This tends to happen from anywhere from years to decades after new ground is broken scientifically, sometimes it never goes away.Diet is what separates the Jacked from the Frustrated.
