He is driven by the internal cues/ hormones and emotions associated with his disordered eating/ eating disorder.
He does not 'calculate', and he has the sense of being out of control.
He feels he can not stop, even if he wishes to do so.
^^^ that is the underlying issue here.

This! I used to bing, now I am dealing with it, i don't think anyone can "recover" .. just to know how stop and control. Spending time on bb.com specially in MEN, here, cooking or anything that can trigger a bing or craving should be avoided and ed'er should fill his/her life with activities that helps you keep your mind of it + pro help!

It is essentially 'a left over' <-- what they find they have when they make peanut oil.
Thus, it is just like low fat peanut flour & you can use it like a flour... make pancakes, slices, cookies, cakes.
You can stir it into cottage cheese / with protein powder / add it to thicken shakes / use it in fluff...
etc etc...
Hard to say without talking to you more - but I would say be careful about jumping to 2200 straight away.

thanks, thats what i thought would be the best thing to do
my problem is that i sometimes find it this time and im only at around 1000 cals (altho tonight im ok)
if this is the case can i have a pre bed meal of up to 400 cals? and must it be super clean?
or can i binge in chocolate and PB! hehe please say i can hehe

I just ate 200g carbs between 6pm and now
It's fine. Eat your calories before bed and have what you want (provided you eat enough protein/veg in your whole diet [protein for muscle and veg for some micronutrients and fibre). You'll find sleeping a lot easier with carbs before bed too.
