I went to two Safeways around my area and none had the egg whites. I was in the city getting protein powder and went to Coles on Chapel St to check and they have it and also the Coles which is in the next suburb to mine had the egg whites also.Originally Posted by B00man

On the egg whites, bout a year ago the same cutting edge egg whites use to have a little twist off/pouring valve thingo on the top. Wonder why they got rid of it? Anyone else use to have/see this?

p.s anybody here had the ayam light sweet chilli sauce? foodprOn suggested it to me, bought some today. At 4 cals per 20g this stuff is bloody incredible, 19 cals per 100g and only 3CHO

I am lucky enough to have it in my local health food store, but it is about $6.95 pr L.
Ouch.
Hence the make your own way - much cheaper and easier IMO.
