Parking at the QVM is a nightmare on weekends because you've got all the city traffic too.
South Melbourne would still be my pick, they have epic dim sims too.
Agreed on the Costco front though, getting things like washing powder, snacks, tuna, frozen salmon fillets etc in bulk is so worth it.

I can't find Chobani anymore either. Used to stock up on it all the time but it seems my local woolies has stopped selling it. Can anybody suggest the next best thing?

Very obvious thing, but recently ive been loving basic ice made shakes
300ml water, 1-2 scoops protein and a bunch of ice cubes.
very creamy and great for summer.

11-11-2012, 09:32 PM #9862We do sell through Coles, Woolworths and some independent supermarkets right throughout Australia. Please note that we are having trouble keeping up with the demand so maybe your local store had sold out of it. Please speak to your dairy manager as each store controls their own stock levels. We are currently expanding our manufacturing facilities to keep up with demand.
Meanwhile I will pass your email on to our sales manager who will encourage stores to stock and supply more of our product on their shelves.

have tried the sakata rice crackers foodpr0n mentioned a few pages back, my ranking would be - chicken, sweet chilli, sour cream & chives - all on the same level, and then tangy herb & spice
all are great, wouldn't recommend the herb & spice though
fantastic bursts, fcking delicious! had the cheese ones on the weekend, entire pack is <400 cals. got the bbq ones to try tonight
and for those who like blue cheese, the new coles triple cream blue is insanely good

it's funny when i first started going to gym and learning about nutrition i thought it would be hard to give up fizzy drinks because thats all i ever drunk, i couldn't stand diet firrzy drinks like coke zero and that so i just stopped drinking fizzys all together when i found out how bad they really were for you.
I haven't had soft drink in about 10 - 12 months and it hasn't bothered me the slightest.
all i drink is milk and water and thats all i need.

Found a butcher tonight...supporting local business with the following:
25kg chicken breast skin off ($8kg)
10kg rump ($9kg)
10kg porterhouse ($15kg)
It's about a months supply and they look after you for buying in bulk now to find somewhere to store it

Bought a small tub of f.age greek yoghurt fat free from an iga. Had quite different taste to chobani... Personally preferred it... Anybody know of anywhere that stocks it preferably in big tubs?
