pataks range is crazy good IMO - if you haven't, give it (any of their range) a try slow cooked using 'roo mince. Good sh!t
but actually I'm in for the same question... or just general good food recommendations. I seriously need to stop eating so many pizza's lol. Not that I don't bloody well love them but I'm in a food rut and need some variety
p.s was in sydney this weekend and grabbed some of those peanut butter oreos and a peanut butter snickers; not bad at all IMO, but not really noteworthy tbh (is anything any more?)

It's like a chicken mingyong...minus chicken and add roo
Guys I need some input...how best can me and my sponsors organise an eating comp?
I am faster than most people but it has been suggested that it could be teams of 2 vs me...
Essentially I would have to eat twice as much food in the 10 minute time limit..not sure if possible..
(opponents are footballers who would be used to eating large amounts of food)

ITT your opponents go first and record a time and then you go afterwards to try and beat them. Obviously because you are the garbage guts threat, or at least you want it to be played out that way for the entertainment value.
You need a good MC for the comp!

If bb.com can ship Dymatize internationally (it ships 'bb.com casein' so why not?!) , we can get the Dymatize Cinnamon Bun Casein!!
Price is $75 incl. shipping?! for $2kg and $140 (70 each) for two!
That's about as good as you can get for things like ON domestically.

LOL. Done that before :P
I do hot & cold but mostly hot.
2/3 cup oats
cocoa/cinnamon
1 tbspn peanut butter of choice
Lots of water so that it is about 1/2” above oats
Nuke (time will vary depending on microwave) For mine it is about 3:30.
Check to see if it is all done to you’re preference. I prefer mine slightly runny as there is still powder to be added. Let it cool for a few mins then add 1tbspn of additional peanut butter & 1 scoop of protein powder. If the oats are a bit dry you may need to add a little water to mix it in.
Overnight oats mix is normally:
2/3 cup oats
150ml ffgy
sf pudding mix
lots of water
+ whatever other flavours.

I find when I put in a lot of water in my overnight oats, it makes it so much less sweet!

You guys should try skim (or low fat) milk instead of water - so much creamier and so much more flavour for such little cals!

andyboi: yeah you're right mate. It's a balancing act.
ausfoodlover: agreed. I do it sometimes but as I normally have them at work I CBF keeping milk there and I don't really want to use all of it that's for coffee/tea. I don't think my work mates would be too happy

Macros of Bulla 98% FF are much better in comparison to the peter's no added sugar. If not dieting, then it doesn't matter.
but the little mixture looks awesome!

icecream

protein
240 cals
48/6/2
1500cals

12 x serves (1.2 litre)
50gm serve = 257 kj x 12 = 3085 kj
+ 62gm ON casien = 1000kj
3085 + 1000 = 4085
4085 divide by 4.2 = 985 Kcal

not to be pedantic but from MFP says 46g/serve and 828g per tub. So that is 18 serves per tub.
1ml of icecream doesn't equal 1g.

I'm just going off the label on the tub. Calorieking says otherwise. When I weigh 1/2 of the tub up on the scale it comes out to 300gm. I'm not sure now lol.
I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed, However from what you're saying is... the label is inaccurate? I remember Emma saying something about them not counting the fibre and sugar alchols + air.
I dunno

I dunno
per 100g it's 110cal.
iirc it's something around xx fat, xx protein and like 9.5g carbs (6.5g fibre) you have to count the fibre in the carb count to make it equal 110cal.
thus it's 'really' ~15g carbs per 100g not 9.5g.
So if the whole tub is 600g then it's 90g (15g/100) carbs not ~50g.

Thanks for clearing that up. He got me worried that I was eating more cals than expected, However I don't care for high carb intake, as i'm drinking heaps of coffees a day.
