Im moving out of my current location and have a choice
i work 30 hours a week and I am a full time student. My cousin being able to take care of motherly duties would help me manage my time better for better grades and more gym time. Will be living in basement in the mothers den @ cousins.
struggling as is. im currently living with 1 male and 1 female roommate

There would be no lease at either place. Its on a month by month basis and will only be until May, when I move back in with my parents for the summer.
A.) move in with 2 girls that worked at hooters

10-15 minutes closer to my school
nicer area
people my age
more social
nicer bedroom
get to brag about how I have 2 hotass roommates
CONS
single females are nasty creatures to live with
the girl that im friends with is fairly annoying
its about $150 dollars more expensive then the other option
possible drama
want to kill my roommates
I dont know the other roommate until later tonight so could easily be not trustworthy
OR
B.) moving in with my female cousin and her fiance and 4 kids...
PROS of moving in with my cousin and her fiance and 4 kids
$150 cheaper
more privacy
cousin will do towels (possibly my laundry as well)
cousin will make sammichs
dont have to worry about being screwed over or stolen from
my own kitchen (mothers den)
my own living room
my own bathroom
no distractions from studying
will be living in the basement, alone. It is a mothers den.
CONS
10-15 minute longer commute
2 newborns
2 kids ages 3 and 4
in the city instead of suburbs
far from my friends
far from 24 hour gym (I workout at night)
farther from work
smaller room
probably have to help with yardwork
