    Whey for meal replacements?

I was just wanting to know if it was possible for me to use Whey protein shakes for a meal replacement to loose fat?

    What do you think?

Rather than replace a meal with a protein shake, use it to supplement your day. Or, you can count the shake as a "meal" if you eat 4-5 times a day. Have 3 regular meals and 2 snacks, make one of those snacks a protein shake. Even when cutting at lower calories, try to find actual food for those calories.

    Good luck,
