Hey everyone. Ive been stuck in the god-forsaken skinnyfat position forever. I am flabby and want to firm up. So do i bulk or cut? I've benn cutting for 7 weeks n look at where i am now in my progress pics. Please help me out! I beg of you. ALSO WHAT SHOULD I DO??? HOW DO I BULK? TIPS PLEASE PPL

I recommend you bulk. No point in cutting if you don't have anything to cut down to.
Strength train, add some lean mass, and try your cut again. Stay motivated!

I'm a huge fan of 5x5 programs. They helped me bulk up nicely for a long time. Of course, it's easy to overtrain with a program like this; but if you get good rest and nutrition, you're fine. NOTE: I don't condone over-training, unless you are on a program specifying it.
