I have the book and am now deep into chapter 2, I memorize and draw pictures to help me and I think I might be overstudying.
My question would be do I need to know every bone in the body. And speaking on behalf of the entire book, is there any way to determine if one may be overstudying?
I have no experience in the gym or fitness world except that I am a triathlete but I want to learn and I fear my study habits may be to extreme, I dont want to study uneccesary information if this is possible.
