I want to burn belly fat and also build muscle at the same time. I'm running like 1-2 kms per day and then doing weight lifting (one part of body each day) and doing around 60 crunches and 1 set of squats. The problem is since I'm doing weight training so I'm taking high protein diet...Will all this help me loose fat and at the same time help me add mass to my muscles?
Can anyone advice me regarding this?
