    How to improve 100m time by one secound, in 3 months.

    Does anyone have any programs that work my core and legs?
    I must improve half a second in order to beat the school record, but my goal is improve my 100m but at least a whole second.
    Got 3 months before track season.

    If your starting technique is bad, the fastest way to shave off time is to work on your start.

    Also don't underestimate squatting/deadlifting/cleaning. Get as strong as humanly possible while still staying light = fast as fuk cuzz

    google "Starting Strength" for a good basic strength program for beginners. Keep in mind this is STRENGTH training not BODYBUILDING
