Expired supplements

Hello everyone
I wish you all good luck for the coming winter and do not give up!
So I have a tub of the original Dark Matter but it is expired and i wanted to know if i can take it in January? It expired in June 2016! I still have 4kg to lose then i will start to go to the gym and i don't have time because i am doing internship in hospital!

I always tend to err on the side of caution , not worth any risk in my opinion.

Yea 6 months passed expiration date it's probably better just to pick up a new tub. If it was just a month I'd say go ahead and take it but half a year is a little long.

i disagree, i think it is safe i zorked in a supplement store before they are required to put an expiration on but unless it is a year after exp i would say it is ok.

I would use it. Shoot man I used to order all my supps expired from supplement warehouse. It was like half price. It's in a sealed container-I think you'll be fine.

Going to ultimately be your decision regardless what anyone here says.

June 2016 is 6 months expired. Have you opened it? How did you store it?

I'd error on the side of caution and toss it. When in doubt, throw it out is my motto. It sucks throwing away supplements, but its not worth the risk.
