how to drink maca powder?

i just ordered some...

i put a table spoon in to my protein shake, and it wont mix in...is it supposed to mix? its all on the bottom of my shake and i can feel it going down yuck! how are you supposed to mix it?

serving size said two teaspoons, im not sure if thats more or less than a table spoon

Yeah I can't stand the taste of it . What I do : put a teaspoon or whatever serving you want on your tongue and wash it down in one quick slerp with your shake or something

just buy a capping machine and some caps. you can save a lot of cash buying bulk powders, but many of them taste really bad. capping them is the way to go.

^ This. Just toss it in your mouth and chase it with water. If you add it to a shake or anything else it will just ruin whatever you added it too, plus you have to suffer even more.

I used to mix in with warm water out the faucet one spoon with just enough water.... take it like a shot.....
it used to mess up the taste of everything i mixed it with.....for me a warm shot was the easiest....drink my protein shake like a chaser right after.....

It doesn't mix, is English not your first language?
It sinks to the bottom of the water even if I stir.
Now I just spoon it in my mouth and and drink water

I usually mix mine with oatmeal, cinnamon, sweet and low, and honey, and sometimes peanut butter so that it doesn't taste bad. Tried mixing it with warm water to get 2 teaspoons in today, it does mix given warm enough water but I nearly threw up so I recommend the oatmeal.
