I always like the Twilight Zone episode where the nerdy bookworm locked himself in the bank vault on his lunch hour to read, and when he came out the planet was devastated (I forget how) and he was so happy to be all alone with his books so he could read and read and read uninterrupted....then he broke his eyeglasses and couldn't see a damn thing.

You can learn social skills. It'll take you 6-12 months, but with consistent practice you can learn. I used to be a super nerd with a couple friends and zero girls. Now I'm transformed.

There's a lot to learn, but I'll leave you with a couple things to start with:
(1) learn to smile. A smile conveys confidence and success like nothing else.
(2) Get your grooming and fashion up to par
(3) Work on your convo skills, learn to tell stories.
