It is supposed to promote lean mass gains, fatloss, increased energy, and natural testosterone production.
Some background on me: Training hard the last two years, current weight 206-210(varies). Bodyfat somewhere around 10%, waist around naval 32.5", arms 16.5", quads 26.5", chest 44.5".

Today was shoulders.
First thing waking up I took one capsule of leviathan before my breakfast.
I didn't notice anything different than usuall after my breakfast but I have a pretty good tolarance to most stimulants.
When I got to the gym I weighed in at 207 which is in my normal range as of late.
The workout was average I was tired but got through just fine.
After my workout I had a protein shake and took my second capsule of leviathan.
next was cardio 30 minutes on the tread just at a brisk walk. Heart rate was a little higher than my normal range but I felt a nice second wind about 15-20 minutes through.
Carbs were low today just a green apple and a small serving of pasta.
day 2
off day
1 capsule upon waking up another probably around 4 tonight.
Tommorow will be leg day should be interesting as today has been very low on carbs.
whew day 3
leg work out complete, I took 2 capsules of Leviathan upon waking up and then on only a bannana and a protein shake got ready for my workout. I usually go later in the afternoon but I wanted to be back by the super bowl.
Leg workout was a struggle but very intense and quick paced.
after that I did 40 minutes of cardio.
I will take another two capsules probably around 4 or 5.
hope to have pics up by tuesday night.

Taking Leviathan on an empty stomach will increase its stimulant effect. If possible, take it 45 minutes before breakfast. Also, if you have a good tolerance to stimulants, there is no problem taking the 2 caps/2x a day as long as your diet is in check.

off day
woke up feeling like **** because of that cold but late in the afternoon I started feeling better and then before i knew it I felt great so i decided to do some cardio. dosage same as last few days.
tommorow is back and I expect a good workout I think the cold has passed.
day 6
Well the cold came back I woke up this morning feeling like ****.
Back workout went ok considering the fact I was short of breath and tired.
finished up with 30 min of cardio. dosage was the same today as always.
all probably weigh in tommorow and see what im at.
day 7
arms
cold was still lingering but I had an incredible arm workout. put up great numbers which is especially suprising since today was really low carb.
weighed in at 206 . cardio went great too
have a side chest pose from today.

things are going really well I think. I looking leaner this week for sure and strength was good even with that damn cold. So far id say this is comparable to lipo 6 except this doesnt give me heartburn or whatever that chest burning sensation was.
yesterday was shoulders and it was a great workout really strong and endurance was nice not to mention I was looking cut and vascular. followed that up with 35 min of cardio on the tred.
Today was a different story. Legs and my energy was in the gutter. Squats were terrible and the rest of the workout was blah. Im not sure if its still the cold lingering around, lower body fat or what but hopefully next week will be a nice rebound. I skiped cardio today aswell.

today is a complete rest day no cardio or workout trying to conserve for tommorow. I feel good though the cold is pretty much gone just a little mucus left in the throat lol. im expecting big things tommorow.
chest day
weighed in at 205 looking pretty lean.
weights were weak again I dont know what the deal is and I had a cheat meal yesterday thinking it would boost me. carbs are also up slightly. I think my body is still recovering from the cold wish me luck for tommorow.
back
most interesting... whatever was eating away at me yesterday was not there today.
Easily the best back day I have ever had. set a personal record on the deadlift and energy was through the roof.
did 30 min of post workout cardio. Tommorow is an off day and I will not be doing cardio either. Expecting big things on friday which will be an arm workout, lets see if I can get a string of good workouts in a row.
ok so friday was arm day and id have to say another killer workout pr on cg bench press and I had a crazy pump. my vascularity is getting very apparent now in my arms and uper body.
today was shoulder day and it was a solid work out weight felt very heavy but a pushed through just fine. weight was 204 when i hit the scale. skipped carido tonight because I want monday to be a great leg day!
go ahead and give it a run bro i don't think you will be disapointed also ive seen on many sites the price is really good for all the ingredients you get.
Legs today
Finaly back on track with my squat weight not nearly my best but not that bad. last two days medium amount of carbs probably about 250. weight holding at 204.
Im positive im leaner even though my weight hasnt dropped much I now have constant vascularity in my forearms and the biceps are looking pretty sick when pumped. Managed to hit 40 minutes on the treadmill even though my legs were blasted.
sorry for the lack of updates the last few days school was trying to pull a number on me but i took care of it lol.
Workouts have all been taken care of though and things are going great. Strength is holding up great along with endurance and the bodyfat is dissapearing. my last weigh in I was 206 so I'm holding weight good while still getting cut. The best part is I've been able to up my carbs slightly while still burning fat which really helps fuel my workouts. I will have a summary of my shoulder workout tommorow.
definently starting to dial in conditioning wise. I would estimate im at about 8% bf right now. Shoulder day on sunday was amazing hit 185 for 8 reps on the military press which is the most ive ever done.
Legs on monday went ok its weird while dieting ive maintained strength on practically every lift or even gone up on some except when it comes to legs. I was hitting 405 for 6 reps now im down to 315 for 10 reps. I think its do to cardio 5-6 days a week but atleast my legs havent gotten too small.
