Yoplait Fiber One Yogurts 5 grams of Fiber and only 50 calories

What do you think of eating 7 of these per day?

total would be 350 calories and 35 grams of Fiber.

    They taste awesome as well.

7 of those a day is a bit overkill, probably expensive too. There are some good fiber one cereals that would be a better bang for your buck.

3 bowls of kashi go lean will give you roughly the same amount of cals and fiber as the yogurt (maybe 75 more cals), but will also give you about 50 grams protein. Much better option in my mind, plus probably a little cheaper. Even though Kashi is mad expensive lol.

Just buy some Chicory Root and put it into a large container of cheap, healthy yogurt. You save tons of cash and have total control of your yogurt-fiber snacks.

i feel like ANYTHING 7 times a day is gonna get old FAST and may be a bit excessive, its your life and they are so low in cals i doubt it could really have much of an impact

This is true! It's all the fiber. I was just saying if you were to make a choice based on fiber and calories I would rather eat some kashi than 7 yogurts lol. At least you are getting some protein.

chicory root (inulin) is found in metamucil powder that has no sugar, so this yogurt is over charging you
