any negetive side effects, i hear it lowers Test, but conversly relaxes muscles + able to eat more on bulk.

i used to smoke before every workout.. felt good to be in the best shape of anybody and have red eyes and reek of weed. i wanted to prove that you can be anything you want and still smoke weed. ive been forced to quit for probation tho :x. i reccomend it.. it makes it a lot more fun, you get into your music more and makes for a cerebral workout with good mind/muscle connection. plus when you're warming up and everything is slow and grinding it's not so boring and ****ty because that's when you're highest, by the end of your workout the high will have faded away completely.
also i would also smoke before i ate my post-workout meal

rofl'ing at all the people who have never smoked and went to the gym in this thread, yet post negative things...
in my opinion, whenever i feel the need to burn and hit the gym i only do it on days like arms/back just because for benching/squatting/shoulder press i feel like i dont have as good stabilization
you will feel "the burnx10" when doing curls n shizz feels great-wizard of 91

Smoke a sativa.. maybe combine with a little bit of your favorite pre-workout supp. I enjoy a J before the gym from time to time, and I feel relaxed and in the zone through my workout.
A J/B afterward can be motivation to work out hard and then feel amazingly relaxed later, too.

the key is to smoke half a bowl.. don't smoke a blunt in your car with the windows rolled up
one time i was db pressin, and i had a glass pipe in my backpack right under the bench. well i dropped a 95lb dumbell right on my pipe. i heard a crunch and knew it was RIP

i don't like working out while stoned. i've done it plenty of times but i like feeling 100% clear and energized while working out which isn't happening after smoking.

have done, could not focus, spent too long in gym thinking about what to do rather than doing it. Cardio not possible due to time slowing down, 30 mins seems like 3 days. Also made me weaker and paranoid about everyone looking at me.
otherwise, i enjoy a smoke, just not when i have to do stuff, esp workout

I remember smoking once then going to the gym, was shoulders day, was sitting on bench, did 1 set of Arnold Presses, then asked myself what the **** am I doing here? then just went home. Never ever again.

Marijuana contains more carcinegens then cigarettes, if your working out for a healthy lifestyle change then it's counter productive, if you just want to look better for a few years then go ahead and shorten your life. Marijuana also constricts blood vessels (less pump) and lowers testosterone levels (less gains). Marijuana also affects motivation, and extended use can cause permanant irreversible damage.
