Just start youtubing for "top cydia apps" and you should get a good start from there. Digging through themes on cydias main page will get you interested into themes.

googled dreamboard themes. There's a forum with a huge list. I just looked through it and found a few I liked. What's really cool about dreamboard is that you can switch between themes and all your settings for themes will be there. If i switch back to default it will still have my winterboard theme and folders and everything.

Same thing is happenin with me brah, not sure why

The reason this is happening is because the themes were made for iPhones when music and video were just iPod. When they split it got screwed up. I don't know why mail got messed up though.
