thats part of the problem most supplements are closer to drugs than they are food but people think since they can buy it at a gnc its completely safe and take excessive amounts. regardless i would want to know how much caffeine is in a product im taking no matter what it is especially with a product that you can take 1-3 scoops and some people might be taking a fat burner on top of that i think people would like to know so they can dose accordingly.

its probably because its not added caffeine im sure it varies quite a bit from batch to batch they can only give an estimated average and the largest coffee says it contains 415mg caffeine.
why isn't it on the label though? if im comparing labels in a store or dont know about these forums that information is useless.

I'm sure the numbers can be skewed in any direction. I was just pointing out that they do list the caffeine amount and you don't have to ask a secret employee for the content. Different coffee types will vary the amount as well as batch to batch depending on the amount of water used but they still post it on the web and in the store.
I could really care less anyway as caffeine does nothing to me and puts me to sleep.Such much Placebo in here.

i'm taking phenorex now and the effect is very pronounced for me... taking 2 phenorex before my workouts is a bit much and thats comparing me to 1.5-2 scoops of superpump MAX
that site is messed up, a 8oz bold coffee is 180mg caffeine which is 22.5mg/oz, yet the 20oz coffee is 415mg of caffeine which is significantly less... 20oz coffee at 22.5mg/oz would be 450mg caffeine -- pretty much every coffee i looked at had a pretty similar conversion error in the amount of caffeine per oz
on a side note, starbucks has great decaf coffee but it has more caffeine then my normal coffee that I brew at homeSenior Gaspari Board Rep/Brand Ambassador

10-25mg being the standard doses in the products I use when sick. Large doses causing hallucinogenic properties. Though honestly I don't think it does anything for me, I've not noticed any benefits the last two times I was sick. I've been playing around with various cold remedies one at a time each time I get sick and most of the OTC stuff seems to be fairly worthless, albeit very cheap too.
LOL, I do get your point entirely though and I was actually going to make the same point until I saw you did. Just found it fun you picked a drug I actually knew!Latest Reviews:

how long did you wait?
i would assume it takes roughly 15-20 minutes for caps to breakdown and then even a bit more time for the full effects of the product to kick in
i sit there at the computer in the morning with a cup of decaf coffee and i can feel myself get more and more alert/awake as the minutes pass after i take my phenorex
do you drink coffee? i swear if someone watered down my coffee i would be a very unhappy customer!
starbucks and dunkin decaf are the only two decaf coffees i'll drink black on a consistent basis, very good decafs and they dont water down the coffee for larger sizes
well what good is the information if the caffeine content is wrong? or if there is pretty large variations between one brew and another?
i understand your point and i'm just rustlin ur feathers a bit (no homo)Senior Gaspari Board Rep/Brand Ambassador
