Yah. If I didn't have to worry about drug testing I would occasionally smoke. I wouldn't mind smoking every now and then but since I have to worry about testing it isn't worth the hassle for me so I just don't. I feel like a lot of people think this way.

would peak in popularity, then go down lower than it was before
"There's nothing more miserable than sitting around someone who's f**king complaining all the time. It is one of the most annoying things ever. Everybody hates it. When someone just sits around and they complain about their life, and they don't do jack sh*t about it."

If it were legal, government would tax it and prices would skyrocket. You still have illegal dealers so that wouldn't change.
To answer the question, I'd say it would be more popular nonetheless.

Would probably remain the same. Some kids would stop smoking because it wouldn't be as cool anymore but other more "law-abiding" customers would surely jump in.
Depends on how much the government taxes it. But I highly doubt it'd be anywhere near illegal prices, tobacco is taxed the **** out but it is relatively inexpensive (compared to illicit drugs).Go Canucks Go!

would prices go up or down compared to current street prices? i mean their would be a tax...but the government could still sell it for cheaper than the average street dealer
