Pulled 606 @ 350ish in May. Boot comes off the fractured foot on Saturday. Can't wait to start squatting and dead lifting again.

I know it's not an official entry, but I would love some feedback on my form. I'm 184 at 6' 3" and I've only been DLing for 2 months. I got 275 x 5 and could have pulled more, but I was saving some for an attempt at 300. It was a fail.

I'm far from an expert or anything, but it doesn't appear you are coming all the way up to starting position on the lockout. When you get to the top, throw your shoulders back.

Last week I attempted 300 and got FAIL! I've attempted to incorporate everyone's input on my form and this week I was able to get 300 x 2 at 182 pounds. The strength is going up slowly but surely. Please feel free to critique form again. I really need to make sure I'm performing this lift correctly to protect my back. I included the 275 x 5 set again this week for a comparison from last week.

I realized today that Steve hadn't replied with his usual pithy remarks, so I did a quick looky-loo and see that he's taken his toys and left the playground in a huff.

Does that mean this thread (and comp) are dying a slow death?

Just checking in, haven't posted any vids yet because I'm going backwards on my cut and struggling to hang on to every rep. This will change next week when I restart my 5x5. I'll be posting a new vid every Wednesday starting 5 weeks from now.
I know it's not a huge amount, but I hope to top the year off with 5 plates each side instead of 4, we'll see.
