Sometime in 2007 at 185lbs
Before: Began Bodybuilding in January 2008 at 16 Years Old 158lbs
After: January 2011 at 19 Years Old 185lbs
All taken cold. Can't find the charger to my digital camera so I had to snap these with a 1.3 megapixel phone camera. It may take a while but I'll update this thread when I do. I'll answer any questions when I get a chance too.

Good improvement - chest and shoulders are much bigger and arms look decent size. Back is showing some width and density. Now is the time to shift it up a gear - you've got a good base to add more mass to. Concentrate on squats, deads, rows and bench, lift heavy and eat plenty of protein and you should start to see more thickness added to your build!
Plenty of potential to grow now!"Better to wear out than rust out!"
Squat 165kg/363lbs
Deadlift 190kg/418lbs

thanks!
You're right..my chest and shoulders have really started growing in the last year or so. I've found the more I work my body parts, the more they grow and the faster they get stronger. Honestly these pics aren't that good..they pick up zero definition and the lighting in the pics were sub par. I'm at the point where I am trying to lean out but slowly. I'm adding strength still even though I've been in a caloric deficit for a while. I don't plan on bulking..maybe ever again.Do or do not. There is no 'try'.

Lol nice bump. It does suck, but it's not the end of the world.
It's getting better for me..those recent pics above blow. They don't show much..I'll update this thread after my cut with more recent pics. Keep in mind my progress pics were taken cold, and 99% of pics on here by others are with a pump.
New pics will be sick, guaranteed .Do or do not. There is no 'try'.

Congrats on the transformation! Great work and looking good. Would never have known you were skinny fat looking at the last picture.
Could you please post your workout plan and diet?
I have a similar body type and would be really good to know what worked (vs. the programs out there for people with other body types).
Thanks!
