    Exclamation Help!!! Too much pre-workout taken, over Hyper

    I took about 3 scoops of shock therapy, i've take like a scoop before and it dosen't work, so i went to 3 scoops, and had a good workout but now i'm home and i'm very hyper, shaking, and i have to be moving, PLEASE, give me some information to help calm down.

    I'm 16 years old
    220 lb.
