Opinionabout 12 Week Daily Trainer With Kris Gethin ?

    Hi guys,

I have been training for 8-9 months 5-6 times a week now, but I need to change because apparently I should train muscles more than once a week to get max growth.

Do you guys think 12 Week Daily Trainer With Kris Gethin is good for me?

I see there is also Dorian Yates Blood & Guts 6 Week Trainer and Your 12-Week Daily Bulking Trainer Day by day with Derek Charlebois..

I just want to get big bulking right now, which training you guys think i should choose for my training experience and please comment if youve tried any of these programs and had success.

    Regards,
    Dan

Dereks' is legit very similar to Lee Haney's program. I would recommend the 12 week daily bulking trainer to anyone after mass. I just completed week 2 you will also see strength gains with this program

I would start with Derek's program, based on where you are stating you are at.

Also wanted to say that these are all great workouts...I ended up getting a torn pec while doing Dorian's but I am sure you will love them all.
