    Yoga after training

What's your opinion on yoga (say, once a week) but after a weights session.
Could this have a negative impact on my muscle growth? or do you believe it could actually promote growth?

I personally believe it has helped me with training, recovery, and sense of well-being...

Yoga helps stretch the muscle which aids with recovery and sends blood into the muscles. It also helps strengthen the core as well.. I do it once or twice a week and I have been feeling great. If you can try to do it 1-2 times a week.

I went last night after my back/calves workout. I felt a bit flaky during the stretches and balancing, but it felt good after trainging for an hour.
I will definately continue.....Im interested to see how it feels after a couple of sessions

    thanks for the responce guys.
