    It is possible thats he's using a non-standard bar in his lifts.
    I've seen some bars that were only 35lbs. They are different from olympic bars though.

    Incline push ups and flat push ups help 2 months ago I lost 75 percent of my strength due to the flu so I i started out doing 85 lbs start off went up 10 to 15 lbs each week of bench press bench multiple reps incline flat and decline doing push ups especially incline gives you more strength my max incline is 215 on incline 241 flat and decline bench just do incline push ups you'll see how much strength you gain now my dream is to do 315 but incline push up will make you gain strength faster
