I find that artificial sweeteners trigger my appetite just like real sugar. I would rather drink tea or coffee - that is more like an appetite suppressant.

Well I guess it depends what it is flavoured with. I tend to add lemon to mine.

Artificial sweeteners do not make you fat. And only you can control what you eat and how much you eat. If you binge on junk food you probably would have done it anyway regardless of whether there was an artificial sweetener in your drink.
