Heah ya'll.... going great on this end! Calves are getting ripped more and more stomachs coming off, and endurance level has reached the top!, pics coming soon! Been doing alot of running, tried something new! and it actually works and feels great! when working out, wrap your body in saran wrap, i wrap only the middle section, and I tell you after running for an hour i am soaked! but drink alot of water so you wont get dehydrated! try it...you might be surpirised, let a friend wrap you up, its alot easier with two people! let me know if you try it and what you think of it!

Thats sort of like wearing a rubber suit. Can be dangerous if done for too long and if not properly hydrated. Results are also temporary.
Try preperation-h and saran wrap before the show.

the other users who replied are right,,, it could lead to problems with hydration, but even if it doesnt,,, having stuff on your skin like that...saran wrap, rubber suit, trash bag,,whatever, can give you big sweat-zits on your body.. from the irritation and they dont go away quickly....
