true. OP don't quit bodybuilding after 3 months... seriously? It'll take years to see noticeable improvement, and possibly decades to get your dream physique. You gotta hang in there, and when youre in the gym lifting, just think about how you wanna look.

So yes, I'm going to try and improve my strenght by lifting heavy, my endurance by running like a devil is chasing me, my coordination by playins sports and doing plyometrics.

I have trained for a marathon and ran it in less than 4 hours. And this coming for a guy that never did any sports in his life and was a fatass. Hate on me how much you want, but I know the definition of dedication.

I can see plenty of situations were running fast and jumping could potentially prove useful and even sometimes lifesaving.
