Is it just me? I can press more on the decline than flat or incline and I can press more on the flat than the incline. Got it?

Thats very typical. Decline will typically be the strongest due to less range of motion and a lot more back involvement. If you have really good form on the the flat, your flat will be the strongest because you can get the whole body involved.Incline puts more emphasis on the delts which are typicall weaker than your pecs.
Im the same way
Decline 330
Flat 310
