just started getting back into weight lifting/ watching diet. last time i did leg press i was doing 5-8 reps to failure at 410pounds and felt like that was pretty good? i have a feeling people are going to say they do that for warmup set or something.
i was also wondering if i should try doing squats with that thing that has the bar on a slider so it cant go forward or backwards (what's that called). i dont think im going to do free weight squats because i workout alone and feel like im going to fall backwards or something half the time.
my leg routine has been 5 sets legs press, 5 calves, 5 hamstring curls and 5 quad extension. any advice?
