Thinking of trying this in the future. Had some questions:
1) Have you followed the program to the T and what did your squat improvements look like from beginning to end?
2) I am concerned for the rest of my body. Since this program seems to be HELL and just draining to the whole body.. how would one cope with stimulating the rest of the body during these 13 weeks?
*** My overall interest is strictly bodybuilding, but using this program I hope to achieve much more squat strength-- in turn allowing for more growth in the future. Obviously I don't want to neglect the upper body though, which is why I ask.
