hi.. I regularly do body-weight as well as weight training exercise at home. Few months earlier in the morning I felt pain in the left shoulder blade. I couldn’t even turn my head towards the left & right direction as I was feeling pain tremendously at a single point of left shoulder blade. At that time I took rest for the some days and automatically the pain vanished. But after that when I again started doing workout the pain comes up and whenever I want to move my left shoulder blade I feel a sharp pain in a single point. What should I do now? Is this is a muscle pull or something more serious? How to get rid of this pain? Please suggest some remedies.

Even doctors don't give medical advice on the internet, because there is no replacement for an in person physical exam. We do not allow medical advice being solicited or given on this forum so blatantly. You're literally asking random people on the internet for help with a poorly described pain in your shoulder. Think about that for a minute.
See a dr. Thread closed. Good luck.
