After your creatine cycle end does your water weight turn to fat???

One of my (not so close friends) told me that he used creatine and after his cycle all his muscle turned to fat. I dont know if he is just steering me in the wrong direction or if he is telling the truth. Let me know the deal on creatine????

water cannot turn to fat. He had water weight which is normal for many creatines. When he stopped the water went away. He thought it was muscle, it wasnt.

Muscle and fat are two different things in the body. Fat will not magically change into muscle and vice versa. As for the creatine, it will add some water weight on you. Some get a bloated look, some don't. Creatine also increases ATP production.

    Basically this.

If he gained fat then he was eating more calories than he should have.

Also, people who bloat on creatine typically are taking too much. All that is really needed is 3-5g on training days. Creatine loading schemes with 10-20g or more per day are outdated.
