I am new to the site (Wahoo) and I wanted to get some feedback, advice and information!
I am 29 years old and mother to two boys (ages 4 and 5), I work full time (7:30- 3:00). I am a former college athlete- I played Division I softball, so I am no stranger to working out and putting forth effort. I ran my first 1/2 marathon last November. I am looking to lose about 10 lbs and tone my body. I am roughly 5'7" and weigh about 152. I am a size 8/10 in clothing. I am needing some thoughts on weight loss, supplements and anything else anyone can offer!
