How do you count meals made by others?

For example, GF making a meatloaf, she tracked what she put it in but its a pretty hard thing to portion and get close to the calories or protein, curious how I would count that.

I dont eat meals made by others lol that's how, no but seriously, if you eat a meal, just portion size a meal about 4 oz of chicken would be 22g protein, 0 carbs, 110 cals, 1.5g of fat, always going with your palm sized amount of food is your best bet to geting what you need hope that helped at all

I don't think she would appreciate me not eating it :P I can fit it in my macros the issue is just knowing the right calories.

Thanks for the link pb looks like 4oz is about 225 calories so I'll just go from there.

Sometimes you just need to estimate and if your GF is making you solid meals that's awesome. Just keep it healthy and worry about the meals you make for yourself.

i would think it would be easy to portion it out...cut it in 8 equal sections, or whatever amount you want....add up all the calories and macros of the whole thing, then divide it out....?

If she measured what she putin add it all up and divide by the portion of the pan you take out
