For example, GF making a meatloaf, she tracked what she put it in but its a pretty hard thing to portion and get close to the calories or protein, curious how I would count that.

I dont eat meals made by others lol that's how, no but seriously, if you eat a meal, just portion size a meal about 4 oz of chicken would be 22g protein, 0 carbs, 110 cals, 1.5g of fat, always going with your palm sized amount of food is your best bet to geting what you need hope that helped at all

sometimes u just have to bite the bullet wen other ppl are preparing meals..and just eat less..if it tastes fatty..it is..
if it tastes full of sugar and carbs..it probly is...
if it tastes bad...it is generally healthy haha jokes
but u get the point..
ALSO: thats awesome bout ur gf counting for u...wife material rite there..
