So its been roughly 2 years and 3 months since I first started lifting, though i'd post an updated picture to get your opinions maybe? Keep in mind I work full-time and attend university full-time as well (accounting/finance major) so I am always on and off..and sticking to a good diet is close to impossible. which is one of the reasons i cant wait to graduate so i can stay on it. Anyway here are the pics.. Haven't been doing any abs, will start that soon.. and lats/chest need more attention.
Let me know what you think.. I suck at flexing btw lmao so excuse my pathetic attempt..

Thanks, you can def achieve it just stay consistent and lift with confidence.
Yeah, thanks I will soon lol. And i thought my avi was "sick".. back when i first made it.
Yeah well surprisingly I'm not even at 160 solid yet.. im at 155ish havent been getting to eat too much lately.
Thanks. Yeah bi's are my strong point. Currently weight is a little lower then i'd like it to be.. Standing @ 5'8 155ish.. want to be solid 160, but hard to maintain weight since i dont get to eat as much throughout the day.
Bench: 245lbs - 4-5 reps
Incline Dumbell Press: 100lbs - 4-5 reps
those are the only ones i remember top of my head at the moment, will get back with others later.
Thanks.
Thanks.EAT. SLEEP. LIFT. REPEAT.

Awesome!!!
Awesome progress man! One if the best physiques I have seen on this website. I mean it looks completely awesome, especially the last picture of you in the towel. In that pic, you can clearly see every part of your body that you worked so hard on. Great motivation for me! man, with this body, you gotta post some more pics

That aint even the same person, people wouldn't be able to recognise you from 2 years ago. That is some inspirational stuff right there. Makes me want to try even harder, same height as me so if I can get looking anywhere near that I'd be stoked.
Thank you for posting this.Last edited by StrangeReality; 01-21-2011 at 05:27 PM.

lol and yet you think your chest and lats suck.
GOOD JOB MAN! reppedThe world would be a better place if everyone would channel their frustration and anger to better themselves and be nicer to everyone they meet. Everyone has their own fights and stories to tell, you are not more important than another.
